Our Call center products (in terms of hardware or software) is a next generation Linux appliance providing the complete contact center functions. Its strong capabilities of Dialer, Voice Logger, IVR, ACD, & integrated third party ASR, TTS and Payment Gateway makes it a very potent solution.
Our Call Center softwares is an Automatic Call Distribution application that maximizes routing and resource selection, allowing telecallers to handle calls more effectively and improving overall productivity. It offers conditional call routing, using context-based inputs and versatile selection capabilities. We can choose whether the incoming calls connect with the least busy agent, the first available agent, or the one with skills that best match the customer’s needs. Virtual call routing allows businesses to maximize resource utilization across the locations.
Our Dialer fulfills the aspirations of all the industry segments. Our Call Center Software is well suited for Inbound or Outbound Call Center operations for Domestic or International operations. It has an in-built Dialer (with 4 dialing modes Predictive Dialing, Preview Dialing, Auto Preview Dialing and Manual), IVRS, Voice Logger, CRM, Voicemail and Reporting with over 50 standard reports. It has been optimized for using the underlying hardware to the fullest and therefore gives the best performance for a given hardware when compared to any other product. Along with considerably reducing hardware costs its web based administration eases operations and reduces operational cost. Our software suite has also allows administrator to monitor from any remote location through a browser where he can take live reports for their Campaigns according to his preferences.
